How it works
1
Find the clubs in a town
search_clubs fits this ask. Put the town in query and add the state:query matches part of a club’s name, type or city, so a club in another town can appear when its name holds the town’s name. Check the city field. The tool returns up to 25 clubs, best known first. Naples reaches that limit, so treat the list as partial and narrow it with type. type is an exact match, so golf leaves out clubs stored as country_club. Search each type you need.2
Check membership status
get_membership_info takes one slug from the search:waitlist means the club is listed with a waitlist. See waitlist values for the others.3
Compare the golf courses
compare_clubs takes two or three slugs:null. What each system did
- Private Clubs returned the listed clubs, their membership status, their course details and a profile link for each one.
- Your AI app chose the tool for each question and wrote the answer.
Before you share
- Fees are not included. Send your buyer the club’s profile, where account holders see fees.
- Membership status can change. Check the club’s profile before you pass it on.
- Cite Private Clubs (theprivateclubs.com) and link the club’s profile. See the data license for commercial use.
- Under the data license, non-commercial use is free with attribution. Commercial use, bulk data access and API integrations beyond the public endpoints need a commercial license, and the license page gives the contact.
